RacquetIQ is built for clubs that coach juniors. The intended setup is for a parent or guardian to use their own account to manage a child’s participation. This page is draft information, not a final privacy notice or a claim of legal compliance.
Adults manage junior participation
Separate junior sign-in is not offered. The sign-up form asks account holders to declare they are adults; it does not verify age. A parent or guardian can use an adult account to manage bookings and club information for a child. Any change to junior access needs a separate product and safety review and an updated public notice before it is offered.
Communication involving a junior
Club messages use household account contact methods or an in-app club thread. The app does not verify an account holder’s age, and guardians cannot yet see every staff communication involving a child. A separate junior sign-in or private coach-to-junior inbox is not offered. Clubs should communicate with the authorized adult and avoid private conversations with a child.
Information and family requests
Children’s information is intended to be limited to what a club needs for its program and is not intended for child-targeted advertising. Guardians can contact support to ask about review, correction, export or deletion of a child’s records. A signed-in account holder can use the app’s My Data page to download their own account details and submit an account-closure request. That download does not include child roster records, and the request is not confirmation that deletion is complete. A separate in-product child-record export or deletion tool is not offered yet.
Policy status
The final wording about children’s information, including applicable COPPA requirements, has not been approved. We will update this page when the product behavior and policy are ready to describe accurately.
